A protocol that works
"I've been working with Primal Wellness Coaching for the last several months on several aspects of my journey towards leading a healthier life. My coach has been very disciplined with focusing on long-term reasonable changes; the kind of changes I can actually maintain over time.

Our process has included recovery techniques, therapy, and diet/nutrition changes with a focus on metrics. Each couple of weeks, we weigh-in, discuss how the changes have been going, and do a therapy/recovery session. After we discuss how the changes have gone, my coach provides some additional thoughts on both how to improve changes, as well as any additional things he'd like me to try. If something doesn't sit well with me, such as tracking daily intakes, he's very flexible to adjust and alter how we approach things. Another great factor that I've enjoyed is my coach's explanation of why we are doing specific changes, and what we can expect.

Overall the experience has been great and not that difficult. I've always been somewhat wary of working on dietary changes because I've spent so much of my life eating a specific way, terrible, but my coach has made the changes very easy on me and helped me get through to achieving changes I never really imagined could happen, and so quickly! As far as metrics, I've lost 50+ lbs, several inches (my clothes no longer fit, in a great way), and dropped my cholesterol 25% to a very good value! I couldn't be happier with where I currently am in my journey, thanks to Primal Wellness Coaching!"
